제작상품은 1:1 오더베이스 제작상품으로 결제완료와 동시에 원단이 해외(유럽 및 미국)에서 커팅이 되어 한국으로 수입되므로 주문제작 상품 특성상 단순변심, 색상 변경, 사이즈 변경 등으로 인한 반품 또는 교환이 불가능합니다. 상품의 사이즈는 핸드메이드 특성상 작은 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다. 화면 해상도 및 밝기 설정에 따라 보시는 상품의 색상에 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 이는 반품이나 무상교환의 사유가 되지 않습니다.

<배송안내>

기본 배송비는 무료입니다. 결제 후 패브릭 및 기타 상품이 유럽 및 미국에서 수입되는 시간 및 한국에서 커튼이 제작되는 시간을 고려해 주시기 바랍니다. 예상소요시간은 오더시 안내드리오나 주문 폭주, 코로나 등으로 인한 원단 수입 지연이 발생할 수 있습니다. 제작완료 후 코로나로 인한 국내 배송지연에 따라 추가 지연이 발생할 수 있습니다. 지연되는 경우에는 고객님께 별도로 안내드립니다.

<Shop Policies>

Please note that customised products are made-on-order. This means that fabrics are cut upon payment and shipped from Europe and the U.S. and therefore refund or change of order is not accepted after payment - including change of colour and/or size. The size of the products can be off by a few mm, since they are all hand-made. The colour on this website may differ depending on your screen settings; and this is not an acceptable reason for refund or change.

<Delivery>

All deliveries are free-of-charge. After payment is made, please consider the time of shipment of the fabrics and other items from Europe and/or the U.S. to South Korea. The estimated time of delivery of the finished product will be notified upon order, but it is subject to change should delay occur in importation process. After the product is finalised in South Korea, further delay may be caused, depending on the delivery schedule affected by COVID-19-related events. Should any delay occur from the original estimated time of delivery, it will be notified separately.
